At Fisher Barton, we offer fabrication services for offshore, small, large and heavy requirements. Our fabrication methods include bending, CNC machining, cutting, die cast, forming, pressing, sawing, stamping, laser microfabricating and welding. As a full-service manufacturing facility, Fisher Barton works with many materials such as brass, bronze, carbon steel, high temperature alloy, steel plate, steel, heat resistant steels and metals.

Our top-of-the-line equipment supports various parts that are 10 mm to 5 ft. long, 1 to 2 in. thick and up to 3 ft. wide. Raw materials are utilized in coil, sheet, bar stock, tubing and plate forms. Additional services such as assembly, packaging, outsource plating and painting are available. Prototype, low to high volume production and blanket orders are supported. Fisher Barton is ISO 9001:2015, Kaizen/5S, yellow, green and black belt Six Sigma certified. Our efficiency allows us to provide lights out and lean manufacturing.

Lead times are 12 to 24 days and quoted on a job by job basis. Emergency and rush services are available.
